If you are very serious about renting the property, it is highly recommended to pay the holding deposit of $2025 immediately as these applications are processed first. You may drop the holding deposit of $2025 off to our office through the mail slot in the door or request a link to pay online. The money order or cashiers check should be made payable to Far West Properties. Please call the following day to confirm that it was received. The application fee of $45 per adult is non-refundable, but the holding deposit will be refundable up until you view the property and either confirm or decline the property at the showing. If you decline the property at the showing, the holding deposit will be fully refunded.

We can begin processing your application as soon as the application fee and supporting documents are received. Supporting documents including proof of income and your drivers license and can be emailed to renters@farwestproperties.com. You may also drop off documents at our office through the mail slot in the door.
