This is a lovely stream side lot, beautifully wooded, with a relatively level build site on just over an acre! Bear Creek at Linville is a sought after gated community with homes in the $1M+ range. This community is in an excellent location with no steep hills getting to the main highway so there is no problem during snow season. Also, the lot, even though on a stream, had no flooding during Helene, and is not in a flood zone. In fact, there was very little damage in the whole community with only minor curbside road damage.
Bear Creek is near many activities such as golf, skiing, hiking, outdoor concerts & shopping plus excellent restaurants & wineries! There is a hospital & YMCA within 10 minutes, and Newland, Banner Elk, Boone & Blowing Rock are all a short drive away.
