It's hard to think about Deddington without the Grateful Dead. They have nothing to do with each other but they both have dead in the names. Truckin' is a great song about travelling around but yearning for home. This lot on Deddington is in a pretty area right in the heart of Bella Vista. Great area just off Trafalgar. Very nice treed lot with, tons of building potential, with the grade of the lot, a walk out basement might be a good plan here. It is steep, but with all the trees could be very private. Living on this lot is alot like goin' home, back to where you belong, "back home, sit down and patch my bones". Enjoy the long strange trip to this lot on Deddington.
