This a great recreational acreage with Mature Pine and Hardwood Timber. The Prime Deer, Turkey and other wildlife habitat enforces the image everyone expects to find in Carroll Co Ms.. As you access the property from Highway 82 you will see a magnificent home site site on one of the tallest hills in the neighborhood. Carroll County is one of the counties in Mississippi that is covered by the Sumner Grant which means that if you live in this area your children could qualify for a grant that would pay for a large part of their education in any University in the state. Google "The Sumner Grant in Mississippi ", it is a wonderful thing for its citizens. Almost unbelievable ! Carrollton is a great place to live and is one of the two county seats in Carroll Co, the other being Vaiden. The town reminds me of the fictitious community of Mayberry on the TV shows of so long ago. It always looks like it just had a new coat of paint ! I,m sure it must have a police officer but I didn't see one.
