The Sandy Creek Tract is located just off Rock Springs rd in the Ringgold area of Pittsylvania County. The sandy creek runs the entire width of this property with another smaller branch feeding into the main creek as well. This tract is around 20 minutes east of Danville and in a wonderful area. The land would make for a great place to hunt or use for recreational purposes as well as building a house or starting a small farm. There is power all along the road and a well on the property. This tract is full of wildlife with Deer, Turkey, and Dove making up the majority of what I saw while being out there. 35 acres is 8–10-year-old regrowth from a timber harvest however there is approximately 17 acres on the other side of sandy creek that is completely untouched and has some very nice hardwoods. This gives you a nice mix of terrain especially when it comes to wildlife. Trails were recently mulched into the property allowing for easy walking down to the sandy creek, and a small homesite.
