About the Role:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for helping to drive all of our marketing efforts. You'll play a pivotal role in executing social media strategies, assisting with creative direction for digital ad campaigns, and orchestrating compelling email marketing initiatives. Major Responsibilities/Activities

Social Media: 

  • Assist with developing and curating engaging content across various social media platforms to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

  • Utilize Sprout Social to schedule, monitor, and engage across social channels.

Digital Ads: 

  • Help to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.

Event Planning and Logistics Coordination

  • Help to coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor orders, and scheduling to ensure smooth event and in-person visit operations for our team.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop or order event marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns.

Software Utilization: 

  • Proficiency in utilizing tools like Sprout Social or equivalents for social media management and knowledge of (or similar) for project coordination and task management is a plus.


  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies, brainstorm new ideas, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team

  • You have 1 year of experience in a marketing role, OR strong internship/co-op experience specifically in executing social media, digital ads, and email marketing campaigns.

  • You have demonstrated proficiency in utilizing platforms like Sprout Social or similar tools for social media management and for project coordination.

  • Your creativity shines through in developing engaging content across various digital platforms.

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

  • You are extremely organized and adept at meeting deadlines, thriving within a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and efficiency.
