About the Role:

The Territory Account Executive plays a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships within our enterprise accounts and bolstering our footprint by upselling individual Agents within the Enterprise Account. You are a strategic relationship builder with the ability to hunt new business opportunities. You have a strategic and detail-attentive approach to capturing the revenue opportunities within assigned accounts while concurrently broadening our client base. This remote position is integral to achieving our revenue targets and mass adoption of Final Offer.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

Account Management:

  • Forge and sustain strong relationships with essential contacts within designated enterprise accounts.

  • Impart training and support to bolster understanding and usage of our products/services.

  • Achieve a 25% adoption rate within enterprise accounts by proficiently upselling subscriptions.

  • Work closely with Concierge Outbound and Inbound to drive adoption and upgrades

  • Work closely with the Ambassador team to support accounts, in public, and grow awareness for Final Offer, ultimately driving consumer awareness and lead generation.

Revenue Growth:

  • Cultivate Enterprise Opportunities in the Territory Driving Adoption and Revenue Opportunities

  • Upsell Agents to Premium Plan

  • Retention of Subscribers  

New Business Development:

  • Seek and set appointments with potential new brokerage accounts in proximity to current enterprise deals.

  • Execute compelling presentations to highlight our solutions to prospective clients; work with the Sales Team to pull in the right people needed every step of the way.

  • Responsible for joining associations, going to brokerage and industry events, and getting building brand recognition, relationships, and trust within the Real Estate Community. 

Reporting:

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting regarding account status, growth, and opportunities.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • You currently live in TN

  • A proven success within the Real Estate OR PropTech verticals

  • The ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • A proven track record of achieving quota

  • A solid track record in account management or similar roles

  • Stellar communication and presentation skills

  • An aptitude to exploit upselling opportunities effectively

  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and dynamics
